Well that's OK Alasdair in as far as it goes, but do you not think you should have added a disclaimer in that it is just possible that one pr more of the intended recipients may in fact not have a Happy New Yeat, good health. happiness, peace or even prosperity throghout 2009 & beyond, so that you are leaving yourself exposed to untold damages should your wishes prove fruitless, or more importantly, are shown to be faulty.

I think you should see a solicitor & get proper legal advice before you wish anything on anybody. There's really no excuse for trying to do it in this group (of all places), on the cheap.

BTW - Happy New Year (my rights are fully reserved!).
