Can anyone help on this. My parents bought a Bed heated Mattress
Cover from Aros two weeks ago, and they are insisting that only one
side is heating- ie its faulty. took it back to the store with thr
receipt, and Customer assistant said that "Due to health issues
certain items were not covered by the 30 days return policy and this
item could only be repaired or replaced- not refunded.". Can I insist
on a refund ???
That 30 day return policy applies to items that the customer decides he does
not want for whatever reason. It cannot apply to items that are faulty
where a statutory 6 month period applies.
.
