It's only a solution if it works. Corralling unwilling youths in nissan
huts to be lectured to by well meaning dolts is not going to change
anything. Extending compulsory education to 18 is a fucking lunatic idea
which will end in tears. Or more like, a teachers getting knifed in the
gut.

But of course you will have no alternative solution - except maybe to
ignore the problem.

I've got a solution. Punish those who do wrong. Leave the rest of us the
*** alone. Or else.
