Even if she is paying solicitors they have a duty to act in the best
interests of their client. She may be mentally ill (and sectionable in
the Mental Health Act 1959) or merely mentally incapable (in which case
her relatives or Social Services might take action see
http://www.publicguardian.gov.uk/docs/Mental-Capacity-Act-2005.pdf).
You could write to them categorically denying all her allegations and
recommending that they take action to protect their client from her own
litigiousness.
This sounds like a good ploy.
Also..there is a bus shelter near me.
Suppose I were to post her letters unaltered on the shelter for public
viewing,
given that I do not actually give a shit, and she probably does.
Can she prevent this.??
Or...suppose I post them on the outer 'street facing wall' of my garage.!!
I ntend that she be well and truly Phukked.!!
Grampa.
