Wrong. The Queen is completely above the law. She rules with God's
authority and answers only to God. Your starting premise is wrong. In

threat of environmental 'damage and destruction' to global 'well-being
and security' is now as serious as a world war. The governments of the
world continue to do this against all good advice and reason.

Yes, there are hundreds of such examples. But governments are not
obliged to follow international court judgments.

It is illegal to pay for crime to be committed, therefore it is ILLEGAL
TO PAY TAX until the governments cease their reckless behaviour.

The threat of environmental 'damage and destruction' being as serious
as a threat of war, it is illegal to pay tax until a global "state of
emergency" is declared for the environment, using the same amount of
resources for the creation of a global "permaculture
garden"(http://www.permaculture.org) as would be used to fight a war.

In other words, EVERYTHING WE'VE GOT! We use all our amazing and
splendid technology, ('money no object') for the benefit of humanity as
it was intended by its inventors...

There is no right and wrong, just winning and losing. Courts
themselves have committed offences countless times. This is
fundamentally embodied in the appeals process which blatantly overrule
lower courts.

If you want anecdotal proof just watch some court hearings on youtube
and see judges get completely out of control. One judge when
sentencing the shoe bomber went into a political rampage talking about
the Flag of Freedom (USA's flag). History shows us that the USA was
founded on a criminal revolution and the USA has been convicted of
hundreds of Human Rights abuses (as has the UK).He used pure emotion
and hatred when sentencing the shoe bomber to multiple life sentences
(US terrorists have received far less emotional treatment and clearly
the judge was politically motivated and the defendant was a non-
American.)
