HA Shared Equity Purchase - Documentation Fee?
A friend is considering purchasing a 25% share in a HA flat nearby. The
share is only £18500, but in the small print, it states there is a HA
solicitor's 'documentation fee' of £1000 - £25000!
Is this usual? (they don't arrange mortgages or anything...)
It seems a lot to me...
