Just got PHILIPS 22PFL3403D LCD from Laskys

Despite being 2 x 5 watt RMS, 'Incredible Surround' sound + tone controls, it sounds like a $2 radio

Should I be allowed a refund? - What/who defines "unfit for purpose"?
