The Yorkshire Ripper was without precedent. Thats what makes it so
perplexing. The authorities are always looking for precedents but the
Ripper was out on his own and he called the shots and everything he
did was totally unexpected and outrageous.

Wouldnt life be lovely if we could see a precedent for people like
that.

He cannot come to Ireland because he knows that he would be shot on
sight. Thats why he remains safe in the UK where he knows the police
will protect him even if ever anybody accused him of being the Ripper.
Surely you must realise by now that the UK police are only putting a
brave face on their ability to solve murders.
He knows how they work and thats why he embarked on linking up the
murders in Yorkshire. He knew they would get the copycat eventually
and he was correct.

This guy has a track record of crime that defies logic. He was not
just a serial killer but a thief, a con artist, a rapist, a terrorist
meaning that he used his terror tactics to intimidate anybody who he
pleased depending on the situation he was living in.
