My property has a lot of trees and bushes which invarably overgrow beyond
the boundary walls - three walls front onto the public highway or access
road to the rear - no problem cutting growth back and disposing of it
which is done every year.

The fourth wall is the dividing wall between myself and neighbour. Over
the years the neighbour has cut off what has gone over his side and then
dropped it over the wall onto the flower bed on my side - I have
repeatedly said to him "Let me know when you are doing it and I will drop
you a trailer off, put any rubbish you want to get rid of as well as the
overgrowth in the trailer, let me know when you are done and I will take
it to the dumpit site".

Neighbour came round few weeks ago, said he was going to be cutting back -
I offered him the trailer again, he said ok - request never came. Sunday
whilst I was out, all the cuttings dumped over wall again!!! Not only
that, several large bits of dead tree branch thrown some 40 yards all over
the back lawn. I can imagine my 3 dogs would have been giving it large
at this intrusion probably giving rise to some grumbles among other
neighbours as my dogs are generally well behaved and only bark for
intrusions.

Now I don't want to fall out with the neighbour, but this is too much. I
appreciate him cutting back the overgrowth and I tried to be a good
neighbour by offering the trailer. I had a word with the local council
who seem to think he is within his rights to simply return "my branches
and property" - unbelievable!!!!!

I toyed with the idea of shoving it all back over the wall which is 6ft 6
high - but thats childish. Talking to them does not work obviously -
anyone got any ideas please?

I don't want to fall out with them but it seems they are not bothered what
I feel!

Why not chop the f*ckesr down to stop the little sh*t doing it again?

You will have the last laugh.
