saying here is "He researched the law, found out what he could and
could not legally do, made sure he stayed within UK law by not doing
anything until she was 16, but we arrested him anyway, even though we
knew the offence wouldn't stick"

If he had kept his *** in his pants on webcam or image (presuming it
actually came out), he would be a free man.
