No change - not a requirement.
OTOH if you do have one it has to be legal, an you can get three points for
a bald spare, even though it isn't on the road.
Odlly those skinny spares you sometimes see are legal, even though pretty
obviously if you put a car into a [wet] bend with one on it is going to over
/ understeer like mad if it is on the back ./ front on the outside of the
bend.
