From the link you provided, there are five columns with headings:

Delay Mins
Under the "From" heading are 5-digit numbers which are in sequential
order. However, there are some gaps in this numbering - for example:

missing

etc.
What accounts for the gaps in the sequence?
If this is uk.legal.moderated's numbering system and the
above-mentioned category - "status" advises whether a post has been
been accepted/rejected and whether this was done manual/automatic, I
don't understand why there should be any gaps in the sequence of
numbers.
Any ideas?
