Haven't slept properly since Oct 2007 have felt extremely angry and
threatened to kill him and his family was seen by police explained the
situation ant told them I was just blowing off steam because they were
ignoring my reasonable request to remove a lie from a court action ,
they accepted the fact I was under extreme duress and I was not even
cautioned.

I then felt suicidal and nearly succeeded in taking my own life, I
took an overdose of paracetamol and have three broken ribs and a
broken leg after jumping out a window, the psyche evaluation cleared
my actions and I was not detained in hospital.

I have nothing no assets , money , anything and am not getting legal
aid to defend this, I couldn't get a solicitor anyway because of my
temper tantrum caused by their total disreguard for the law I have
been blacklisted

What do I do, I'm housebound now with no one to help me or to rely on
for anything

I'm fighting a loosing battle with these suicidal thoughts, I don't
want to do it but I'm loosing the battle.

Can anyone suggest something or help in any way

I had a nasty experience a couple of years ago when a builder I employed to
build me an extention ran off with the cash, including cash I paid to 'bulk
buy' materials that he was 'storing' and also with a load of my stuff that
was storing from my garden.
When he ran off it was 18th December and left me with no kitchen, no heating
and no hot water over Christmas.
I asked a lawyer friend for advice and he told me that he has sued him twice
before and that he, effectively, had no assets. Suing was just throwing more
money after bad.

On his advice and the advice of people on this newsgroup I walked away and
it was the best thing I could have done. I could have agonised, plotted,
planned, sued, festered, nursed my wrath and fought for the principle of the
thing but the second I decided to do nothing I felt as if a great weight had
been lifted.
I still lived in a mess and it took another builder, a lot more time and a
reduction in the scale of my plans but it is complete now and I do not have
an ulcer, I sleep at night and I have no lasting effects except a reduced
bank account.

I would advise you to just walk away from it for your own sake. It is clear
that it is greatly effecting your health and wellbeing (and your mental
health is clearly at risk) and it is also clear that you are going to get
nowhere or at least if you do win you will be winner with a lot of problems.
Walk away now, forget about it all, accept the fact that you win some and
you lose some and learn from the experience.

Your health and wellbeing is in your hands.

Andy
