I sent a LBA in early Jan to a customer, they then made contact and paid intake it to the small claims court, you need the debt paid, any costs paid
part with rest promised for end of Jan, paid another bit end of Jan with
remainder promised for end of Feb. It hasn't happenned and I have no wish
to
discuss it further with them.
Do I need to send another LBA or can I take action?
Regards,
Rick
and some interest, for the interest bit ask at the small claims office what
you need to write as i believe there is wording that you need to put on the
s/c form when you complete it
.
