Letter before action

I sent a LBA in early Jan to a customer, they then made contact and paid in
part with rest promised for end of Jan, paid another bit end of Jan with
remainder promised for end of Feb. It hasn't happenned and I have no wish to
discuss it further with them.

Do I need to send another LBA or can I take action?
