Since you can't even understand capital letters, you would be ill-advised
to try to write anything legal yourself. However, if you insist on acting
as your own lawyer (in which case you have a fool as a client), you can
get instant will-writing kits from High Street stationers or from the
Consumers Association, which will be better than you could ever hope to
achieve yourself provided that your estate is uncomplicated and your
wishes are simple.

You could also try your local library, assuming you know where it is, for
several guides on the subject.

Are these instant will-writing kits, of which you speak, big enough, and
sturdy enough, to allow the OP to complete the task using fingers and
poster-paints?
