That article describes Shipman as the greatest serial killer of all
time. Does that exclude Hitler, then?
Yes it would, because it would count only killings that were
personally carried out by the person concerned.

That is how Freeemasonry works. Each member is blackmailed into
obeying the Master above him. He has sworn an oath never to take any
action without permission.
So, the order to kill comes from the one above. If the Mason ever
decides to resist such terrorist slavery, it is put about that he
acted alone.
If they didn't decide their actions, are they all innocent?
Shipman did not disobey orders for thirty years. That is why the
corrupt doctors and corrupt police let him get away with murder for
thirty years.
Then he dared to disobey an order.
He was taken to court as if he had acted alone.
They started with a small number of killings, breaking the news to the
public slowly. Later, they revealed that there were 862 killings.
Shipman stayed in prison until he died. He may well have been tortured
to death in prison to terrorize more Masons into obedience. They may
have videoed what was done, to show to other Masons.
Somebody wrote on the Internet that one should try asking a doctor
"are you a slave of the Masons"? Watch his body-language.
I had a similar experience. In a bar, I was discussing medicine with a
barmaid, and she said "Those are doctors". She then asked a technical
question of one of the 'doctors'. He exploded with rage, because he
knew no medicine.
He said "I and my expert colleagues have been working expertly all
day, and come here expertly to relax. Now you want expert knowledge
from us experts..... blah, blah, blah".
I said "Do you know about Freeemasonry"?
He said "Expert knowledge costs money, and you can't afford our
experts feee..... er, er.... did you mention the Masons"?
I nodded. He went back to his 'colleagues' without another word. They
began whispering. The knees of one 'doctor' began to shake. None was
drunk - they had effectively been drinking one beer with three straws
(the 'Brothers' live in poverty - their money goes into the war
chest). Then the two others lifted the shaking one bodily from his
seat and escorted him out. He was utterly and totally terrified. He
was too scared to walk unaided.
One must not be too quick to condemn. They are victims, too.
It is a real-life horror story.
