You're grasping at straws.

Assuming this data to be true (which given it's source is questionable),
that's approx 5m visits (remember any viewing of any image is a 'download'
in legal terms) to CP sites pa.

We know viewing of CP is a somewhat obsessive pursuit, and that the internet
has made it very easy, so the maths is simple. 5m 'downloads' pa is
equivalent to about 3,000 pervs viewing 5 items per day.

That proves nothing towards 'normality', however much you might wish it to
do so.
