the transactions.

Ask them to provide a proof that you did.

sell you insurance and other extras that you don't need.

and that is why.

life is so much easier speaking to someone who speaks the same language, trouble is the offshored call centres tend to be polite but useless, the onshore ones rude and useless. take you pick really.
