Normal caveats apply, as in the three wishes scenario, you cant wish
yourself a million wishes, and no 'enabling act' to remove every
piece of legislation of the last twenty five years......

Human rights law. I suppose there would be some nasty stuff to complain
about but at least we might have youth that respect adults instead of having
the right to kill us. Hopefully then victims can protect themselves without
incurring the wrath of the bloody law!
