With any luck she will have only missed one of the weekly doses. A higher does when she gets out will do the job.

That will kill off any infection that she may have picked up as the level of protection in her bloodstream fell - even assuming that she didn't take an extra dose before being arrested and/or wasn't allowed her drugs whilst in jail.

Of course there are lots of other nasties that she may have picked up, say from drinking the water..
