I studied in York. This one is actually true, according to the Borthwick

I don't believe you. Produce evidence and you might persuade me but
there are O so many reasons why its unlikely.

Besides it *would* now be contrary to the Human Rights Act and
therefore be void (since it won't be primary legislation).

Anyway, I look forward to you producing a verifiable source.

I've spent ages trying to run the Welsh version to some kind of origin
but with no success.

OK, I'll email my old friend who works there and see if he can provide a
reference.

You may need to go there yourself to peruse the relevant documents because I
can't
afford the time to do so and in any case they are probably too delicate to
photocopy.
But I will seek out a reference.

And of course it would be contrary to the HRA, as it would have been to the
ECHR before it.- Hide quoted text -

Francis JL is a raving fantasist, he claims all sorts of things being
a lawyer is just one of them, of course he is no such thing, but he is
fun to read especially when he targets you as he does me and he
follows me around slavishly like turtill puppy dog. Thats about all
you can expect from this clown so dont hold your breath.

NB! He does not offer to show the docs himself, saying he cant (he
told me he is in a wheelchair..hahahaha wish he was) but thats to make
him look good at your expense, enjoy him we might not see his like
again on UKL, true nuts are hard to find
