You get worse and worse. Those morons even refuse to give you a signature that they have received your tax return when you go there personally, so that if it goes missing, you'd have NO proof that you handed it in, and the court will obviously believe them before they ever believe you.
Then post it recorded delivery you stupid retarded argumentative
twonk.
Why should I when it's just down the road and I can ask them some questions if necessary?
You should ask questions well ahead of time, not on the deadline date.
Right brainbox, list here the dates I went to the tax office, since you're such a stupid know-it-all:
And moron, recorded delivery ALSO goes missing, but you're too much of an idiot to know that.
Recorded delivery might occasionally go missing but given an early
enough posting date, documentation from a third party to make
delivery, with proof of addressee and with date of despatch means NO
automatic penalty from HMRC and if one is charged it is recoverable
without question. Taking a return in person is not recordable nor
documentated by HMRC
It used to be by me, and that's all the proof I needed. But these jumped up bureaucrats think they're too good for that type of thing. Never mind that they're supposed to be civil *servants*. Are you one of those UNcivil servants? You certainly display the crass attitude required for the job.
and there is no recovery of the penalty fee
without jumping through big hoops if the return somehow gets 'lost'
because there is absolutely no documentary proof it was delivered on
time and to the correct address.
Well how stupid can you get? When someone prattles rubbish like you do, it should be called having a "mike moment" in fine recognition of your stupidity.
A stupid retarded argumentative twonk like you wouldn't know that
because you think you know it all.
Ah, I see, you do yes? But perhaps you are simply too stupid to teach others how to be perfect like you are LOL.
You quite clearly don't. HMRC and their staff love people like you.
No they don't, more like the opposite for requiring them to do a little extra work.
Gordon Brown and chums love you -
but only for your gross stupidity and the 100 quid you so gratefully
donate to the cause of the country.
Well really you are quite mental. I have never paid them *any* penalty money. So which thumb did you suck that out of, you whining little baby? Please tell the other posters here when I made those penalty payments, as you claim here. Have another delusional moment on me, free. Come on and list them here:
