No, there isn't. But when the child appears to be at least 16, and
the "predatory adult" is a naive 18 year old who has been seduced by
the child and subsequently convicted of a very serious sexual offence,
the line between aggressor and victim becomes rather blurred to me.

Yes, I agree. If the child appears to be over the age of consent, that in
itself should be an extenuating circumstance. What is distasteful is to hear
people argue (if indeed they still do) that a 10 year old boy or girl is a
little whore who loves to have sex with burly adult men.
