defense and start blaming his victims?
I can only recall one specific case where the victim of underage sex
came close to being blamed by posters to ukl, and that was an
exceptional case where there is no doubt at all that the victim,
though young, was sexually precocious and initiated the entire
episode. The judge and a doctor, having seen the victim, also
believed that she appeared to be over the age of 16 rather than her
real, much younger age. Those factors resulted in the judge giving a
lower sentence than some people felt should have been given.
