Then people shouldn't use an unsecured Wi Fi broadband connection.
Not if they don't want strangers using it no. Nothing wrong with
having one if you don't mind people using it though. If they take all
your bandwidth when you are not using it, then so what? If they start
eating into your bandwidth noticeably when you *are* using it, then
shut it down.
I assume that the police will have to get the owners of the network to
complain before thay can press charges.
