Possibly he just picked the wrong time - haven't we got umpteen doctors
looking for jobs at the moment?

What an incredibly glib and stupid response! The reason for that is
the crass incompetence in the way the government organised MTAS. Or
don't you bother to actually get the facts before wibbling?

What did I write that was incorrect? He was a junior
doctor at Ninewells Teaching Hospital at the time - in exactly the sort of
post and place that doctors have been fighting over.

Doesn't it strike you as a little strange that the GMC, who normally tend
to be reluctant to strike off doctors who have actually maimed and killed
patients, have struck off this one and for this reason?

The words, "Sacrificial Goat" springs to mind. No one is going to speak up
for a man guilty of his "horrendous crimes"..And it isn't exactly going to
be difficult to replace him..

A wrong career choice, maybe - IIUC there is a shortage of NHS
dentists...

Har har har. I bet you're a real wit around the water cooler!

I try. The shortage of NHS dentists is due, of course to the same HMG
competence that has resulted in a surplus of doctors. Primary Care Trusts
are so desperate to get them that, yes, I wouldn't have been surprised if
his career had survived, if he had only but chosen dentistry..

Are you the real sue or the counterfeit sue?
