It was the council that issued the tickets.
I've just re-read the letters and they say that I have not paid within

time to get the reduced charge yet this is the first I have heard.
If I had parked illegally I would pay the fine as soon as I got the
ticket
on the car as it would be my own stupid fault for parking illegally.

Is there anything can do?

How did a council employed warden issue a ticket if you were on private
land?

I don't know.

I will be checking with the club to see if I was parked in the right place.
If I wasn't what can I do as I what can I do as I never had the chance to
pay the ticket within the timeframe to get the reduced fee and they gave me
2 tickets in the space of 2 hours. Surely once they have issued a ticket
they do not carry on issuing or can they just keep issuing tickets every
couple of hours if the car has not been moved.
Admittedly I have had parking tickets before which were left on the
windscreen and I knew I was parked illegally so paid them straight away.
That was my own fault.
This time its different as I thought I was parked legally and I never got
any tickets on the car.
