There is a limit of (an average) 48 hours a week which you can be required
to work, although you are permitted to opt out. I'm fairly sure you are also
entitled to a 24 hour break in every 7 day period, I say fairly sure because
I may have read somewhere that it could be two 24 hour breaks in 14 days.
