More than six out of 10 people regularly commit crimes against the
government, their employers or businesses, research suggests.
I love the way they come up with "regularly" when they later say that it's
on "up to three occasions".
It's paraphrasing Arnold J Rimmer , but if someone nicks a ream of paper
from the stationery cupboard at work twice in their life , that doesn't mean
they regularly steal things - it's a rare , nay , freak occurrance.
It also doesn't surprise me that most people have done something of this
sort in their life. I know I have
I'm not saying it's necessarily right, but I can understand the philosophy.
