This clause in their T&Cs on the web site looks interesting.
"It wasn't me, do I still have to pay?
Yes. The membership was downloaded using your computer therefore you are
responsible for any goods and services ordered."
Haven't we seen similar arguments going on over the past few months with a
mythical pinball game that no-one has ever heard of?

Yes - plainly they are wrong.
I am sure many people would become ensnared without realising it. See also
