Hi
We are in the process of selling our current property and purchasing
another. We have enlisted our solicitor to handle both the sale and
purchase.
What steps or processes are involved for the solicitor? Into how much
detail do the solicitors delve into the purchase property? Have been
informed that he is still waiting for the "searches" to come back. What are
these searches?
Behind the house there is an operational warehouse. Will the solicitor look
into the possibility of future development with the warehouse etc?
.
