Service 'engineer' has just been. He agreed with my estimate of £85 for
the compressor, plus some fixings plus £75 labour giving a total of
'around £200'
As I paid £250 and a similar model today is around £200-£250 it is
clearly pointless to repair (unless you are green minded!)
So what do I do now:
1) Phone up quoting the above and demand 'they repair or replace'
What time scale shall I give them.
2) Shall I allow them a discount for use so far?
A compressor? In a washing machine?
It keeps up the pressure on the suppliers.
