If you're on XP, it'll be under C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\

You need to add one site per line in this format after the line that
says "localhost" i.e.

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 foxybingo.com
127.0.0.1 meccabingo.co.uk
127.0.0.1 onlinebingo.co.uk
127.0.0.1 gala-bingo.co.uk
127.0.0.1 sunbingo.co.uk
127.0.0.1 bingobase.com
127.0.0.1 bingomania.com
127.0.0.1 bingomega.com
127.0.0.1 bingoplex.com
127.0.0.1 exoticbingo.com

...basically, keep your eye on the web history, and whenever you spot
her moving to a different site, add it to the hosts file :-p

Sounds like a good idea.
Some anti-virus type stuff might flag it though.
