So any "improvement" on recycling domestic waste will possibly make 1/10
of *** all difference.

I half heard a radio report while driving home last night about how
Wakefield council are alleged to dump *all* waste in landfill even if
the householders separate it.

I'd love to hear the truth about this allegation though being a local
council the snouts in the trough brigade will no doubt cover it up.
