What the idiot leftys fail to notice that inboth good and bad areas during
reccessions, wars, factory closures etc the decent areas maintain their
standards and keep their communities nice, where as at the first opertunity
inn the bad areas they just let it slide.

The lefties simply can not grasp that the rubbish, vandalism, crime, fly
tipping, anti social behaviour is caused by the very people who live in
those communities.

Not sure about the rest of the country but Birmingham City Council
seem to have an unwritten policy whereby they judge people on
employment and social status when deciding where to house them. They
separate *working* class people from dole scum.

ISTM that race does not come into it, at least not where I live. The
working class areas do tend to be kept nice whereas the dole scum
areas are not looked after.

IMHO for the most part that is not such a bad thing. It is sad,
however, that the children living in such areas are exposed to nothing
much else so have little to set their standards by.

It's a problem with no real answer, either let them get on with it or
bring them closer to other neighbourhoods which they may bring down to
their level.
