I'll fit a screw there - no matter how difficult it is to get at
it, or how long it takes. Very few professionals are like this -
all they want is to get the job finished, get paid and move on. If
there's a way to cut corners without it being obvious to the
customer - then cut the corner they will!

customers seem to equate a tradesmens earnings with thier own however
they tend to forget all the overheads
