contribute to those extra costs.
But if the supplier cannot demonstrate that the cost are any greater WRT
Internet Bank Transfer and DD, but charge according to a business

Then that is their choice.
They can discriminate on any grounds they like apart form those
specifically outlawed by statute.
And there is nothing in law to say that any such discrimination must
relate to their costs, direct or indirect.
