It is likely that in several such cases that both are drunk and that the
female has regrets afterwards.
I do not think it is OK to rape a women who is drunk and I doubt I am
alone in that opinion.
I guess what you are really saying is that you think if a women doesn't
stop you it is OK to *** her. Nasty!
Er... do you want a written and coherently signed form of consent?
Most intimacies do not involve explicit permission.
