the duty at this stage on the supplier is either a repair or to
replace, a refund would be in general unlikely given the OP has
accepted the product.
Further, going to the CC would not be as easy as suggested as many
varibles are involved such as medical history, the selection of the
apporpriate mattress, incorredtly assembled etc,
