Hello,
What the law say about a person who wants to kill him self? Is it
alllowaed? If he wrote a letter and blane somebody for his action and tell
that this person action forced me to kill myself what the law say about it?

Just something I am wondering to know

IANAL.

AFAIK suicide is no longer a crime, and so a person who attempts
suicide has not committed an offence (for a person who succeeds it is
a moot point!).

There is a crime of assisting someone to commit suicide, but IIUC that
must involve some form of physical action such as procuring the poison
or setting up the hosepipe in the exhaust etc. Giving advice or
encouragement is not an offence AFAIK.

There is also no offence of "Driving a person to suicide."
