Send the company management the same as you've written above in the
first instance, and tell them that you won't be paying. Since you knew
what was wrong and what parts were needed, fix it yourself next time.


My roof needs fixing. I suppose your advice to me would be, fix it myself.
However, some of us would rather pay someone to do jobs that involve time,
trouble and getting dirty.
