Sure, there are occasions when people have been shat on by PayPal,
and thei CS dept may not be as hot as it could be....
But a lot of people have managed perfectly well with PayPal for
quite a while

No it isn't. I'm not talking about using Paypal normally, I'm talking
about Ebay informing Paypal that the a/c is being misused. They have
been doing this a lot quicker lately, and believe me I know what I'm
talking about.

Ah, I see what you mean...You mean if he's selling dodgy copied DVD's
etc....
