Don't know where to start and don't know if this is the right place to
post this but here goes.
Started work on the 19th of this month for a removal company but since
the 22nd of this month have had a sharp pain in my lower back, now
yesterday (28th) I had to take the day off cos my lower back was
hurting (as I wasn't giving any training on manual handling), I phoned
the removal company and told them I wouldn't be in as my back was
hurting and they told me no worries.
Are you telling us that this pain is recent, a result of your (recent)
employment?
If so, did you report this injury to your employer, is it in recorded "in
the book"?
Yes?
Contact a solicitor.
