Not at all, the current law on Cohabitees Rights in regard to
constructive and resulting trusts are a bit of a lottery. As is another
statutory Right contained in LRA 2002 Schedule 1-3 in regard to
"Overriding" & "Overreaching"


I think when the Law Commission is considering the rights of cohabiting
couples they probably mean a sexual relationship rather than two people who
happen to have bought a house together. Though maybe that needs to be
clarified.
