"Law reform body the Law Commission is considering whether unmarried
couples
who live together should win rights to share each other's wealth if they
split up. "
Is there really any need for such a reform?
I don't think it is reform, more a codification of what is the current
law
Bzzzzt! Incorrect answer. It's all on that webpage and probably accurate.
Not untrue, the law on Cohabitees Rights is in a state of flux. The Law
Commision are generally only brought in in order to report on ways
forward in the changing world
