A company who installed a wood floor for me recently also obtained a can
of
oil that needs to be used every now and then to keep it in good
condition. I
didn't realise how much the stuff was until I got the invoice and have
found
I can get it much cheaper elsewhere (internet). I did 'ask' them to get
me a
can of this stuff, so where do they stand legally if I contact them and
tell
them I cannot afford it now that I know the cost?
Why didn't you ask them how much it would cost?
Have you factored in the time involved for someone from the company to
get the can and pass it over to you?
So you can get it cheaper on the Internet. Did you expect them to
spend time doing the same?
Unless the cost is totally outrageous, you don't have a leg to stand on.
Axel
had seen the tin of oil the company had supplied , be a good boy and pay up
, you idiot.
