Just curious really. I imagine that buried in their T&C's is a get-out
clause, but since a householder is effectively forced to use them to
supply their water, would there not be a case that it's an unfair
contract ?

I know it won't happen in the real-world, but what if ??????

Don't they normally automatically give a discount in these
circumstances?
