I use Agent also, I find it easiest to just delete them as the headers
come in takes 3-4 seconds to delete the usual daily batch of Ca. 28.

I don't watch them come in. I'm subscribed to 6 NGs and read offline.
Just set Agent to download up to 200 from each group. Too many to keep
a track of.
