Who is this nutter anyway?

If you use the term "nutter" for someone who has a psychiatric illness
then yes, he has acknowledged in the past that he has such an illness.
I know it's irritating at times but I just try to be grateful that I
have my problems rather than his.
As for the blocking, I don't use OE. However, in Agent, I filter on
the following character string in the subject line:-

M'I-5


I instruct the software to mark these messages as read. I could just
as easily tell it to delete them.

In OE6, it looks like it's
TOOLS > MESSAGE RULES > NEWS etc . It looks like you have already
experimented with filtering in OE6.
Maybe try the character string that works for me in Agent? It takes
out nearly all of those messages.
